Established in 2017 and located in North Myrtle Beach SC, Happy Crab Vacations is a small family owned business specializing in providing guests with a hassle free vacation rental experience. Our Hassle Free philosophy is achieved by providing detailed arrival & departure instructions, keyless entry in most locations, and being available to answer questions before, during, and after your visit.

The following rules apply to all Happy Crab Vacation rental properties. Failure to comply will result in eviction.
-No Smoking of any kind. This includes vaping.
-Local ordinances require that individual booking property be 25 years old or older.
-Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when in pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers.
-Properties do not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, or golf carts.
-All properties require valid parking permits be displayed in plain sight when parked in association owned parking areas
-Violation of occupancy limits will result in eviction unless prior arrangements have been made with Happy Crab Vacations

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

RATES: Rental rates vary by property based on a variety of factors including location, amenities, condition (original/remodeled), age of accessories and accompaniments, and of course seasonal variations. OTA FEES: Another item that is often overlooked is booking fees charged by online travel agents, commonly referred to as an OTA. In many cases guests are unaware of these add-on costs. DISCOUNTS: Discounts are offered, with supporting documentation to our repeat guests, first responders, active military and military veterans. The amount of discount varies by season as well as occupancy levels.
