This section of Windy Hill is retail outlet/restaurant free so there is very little traffic or congestion yet it is a 1/2 mile walk to barefoot landing featuring restaurants, shopping, live entertainment venues, and play areas for the kids. Hop in the car and you less than 5 minutes away from shopping plazas, restaurants, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, and over 25 golf courses.

THESE AMENITIES OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION!
Beach Cove has many pools both indoor and outdoor.  The following areas are open during tower C repairs.
Heated outdoor pool and spas, indoor pool and spas, tropical pool deck and Tiki Bar.

The ONLY amenities closed during this project are the lazy river and tower C outdoor pool.  Both are closed
due to their close proximity to the work being done.

The following rules apply to all Happy Crab Vacation rental properties.  Failure to comply will result in eviction.
-No Smoking of any kind.  This includes vaping.
-Local ordinances require that individual booking property be 25 years old or older.
-Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when in pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers.
-Properties do not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, or golf carts.
-All properties require valid parking permits be displayed in plain sight when parked in association owned parking areas
-Violation of occupancy limits will result in eviction unless prior arrangements have been made with Happy Crab Vacations

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
