Located on the TOP floor of a 10 story building this condo features direct ocean views and a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach with no retail, no restaurants, and very little noise yet only a mile from all the miniature golf, restaurants, and shopping you could ever want. Barefoot landing is a short 1 mile walk as well as several restaurants.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
