Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach which is a quiet dead end street with no retail and very little traffic. The result is a very quiet environment. Although the beach can get crowded due to the fact there are fewer condos per mile results in less of a crowd.

Located within walking distance (1 mile) of Barefoot Landing which is home to over 40 shops and restaurants. You are also less than a mile from numerous restaurants not to mention miniature golf courses. The other thing to remember, the greater Myrtle Beach area is not that large and you are less than 7 minutes from many many stores, restaurants, and activities.

-No Smoking of any kind.  This includes vaping.
-Local ordinances require that individual booking property be 25 years old or older.
-Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when in pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers.
-Properties do not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, or golf carts.
-All properties require valid parking permits be displayed in plain sight when parked in association owned parking areas
-Violation of occupancy limits will result in eviction unless prior arrangements have been made with Happy Crab Vacations

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
