If you are looking for a quiet, less crowded, peaceful beach experience look no further than the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Located on a dead-end section of South Ocean Blvd there is very little traffic, no retail, and less crowds. Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd which offers both indoor and outdoor pools and less than a 1 minute walk from back door to the beach.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
