Reach out and touch the surf from the balcony of Nautical Watch. Situated right on the beach this 2nd floor 1 bed 1 bath studio has everything you need for a relaxing ocean front getaway. This 600 square foot studio sleeps up to 3 adults or "2 adults and 2 children" comfortably with a queen size and queen size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is full stocked with cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You will also find beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, towels, coolers, binoculars, and boogie boards available for your use during your stay.
Recent renovations include all new flooring, new washer / dryer, key less entry system, new television, bedding and much more.
Located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach Nautical Watch is located on a quiet 2 mile stretch of South Ocean Boulevard with a dead end on both the north and south end...this means virtually no traffic. This section of South Ocean Boulevard is very private with no retail businesses. What does this mean? One of the most quiet family friendly sections of ocean front accommodations you will find anywhere.
Minutes from attractions such as Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Restaurants , Golf courses, Miniature Golf, Go Carts, Parasailing, Pirates Adventure, shopping, and much more.
Nautical Watch has a guests only pool with 2 large sundecks for sun bathing and relaxing.

The following rules apply to all Happy Crab Vacation rental properties. Failure to comply will result in eviction.
-No Smoking of any kind. This includes vaping.
-Local ordinances require that individual booking property be 25 years old or older.
-Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when in pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers.
-Properties do not allow motorcycles, trailers, campers, or golf carts.
-All properties require valid parking permits be displayed in plain sight when parked in association owned parking areas
-Violation of occupancy limits will result in eviction unless prior arrangements have been made with Happy Crab Vacations
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates are subject to change during any 24 hour period based on local vacancy rates. OTA (Online Travel Agencies) charge fees to the guest (you) for using their services to locate and book your vacation rental. These fees do appear in your final price and are often called service fee or guest fee. The amount of the fee calculated based on the total cost of the rental you have selected. These fees are paid directly to the OTA and are non negotiable. We at Happy Crab Vacations do not share any portion of this service/guest fee with the OTA. Seasons Peak : First Saturday after Memorial Day thru Friday before Labor Day Non Peak: Saturday before Labor Day thru first Friday after Memorial Day. Length of Stay Options During non peak season properties offer 3 and 4 night minimum stays excluding holidays and special events. During peak season Happy Crab Vacations has a variety of options including: Sat To Sat 7 night minimum stays Sun To Sun 7 night minimum stays Any Day to Any Day minimum 4 night stays Winter Rates for stays of 90 nights.
