House Rules

■ Ruless
✔ Minimum age to make a reservation is 25 and is designated responsible party
✔ Responsible party must provide recent photo AND copy of government issued id
✔ Responsible party must be on guest list and readily available if issues arise
✔ Minor children must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or relative of legal age when using amenities.
✔ No large parties or gatherings
✔ Quiet time hours observed between 11pm-8am (city ordinance)
✔ Violation of occupancy limits will result in eviction unless prior arrangements made with Happy Crab Vacations.

Cancellation policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

RATES: Rental rates vary by property based on a variety of factors including location, amenities, condition (original/remodeled), age of accessories and accompaniments, and of course seasonal variations. OTA FEES: Another item that is often overlooked is booking fees charged by online travel agents, commonly referred to as an OTA. In many cases guests are unaware of these add-on costs. DISCOUNTS: Discounts are offered, with supporting documentation to our repeat guests, first responders, active military and military veterans. The amount of discount varies by season as well as occupancy levels.
